Pay your rent with cash at CVS Pharmacy, 7-Eleven, and more
Skip a trip to the leasing oce and pay your rent using PayNearMe at the nearest CVS Pharmacy, 7-Eleven, ACE Cash Express, or Casey’s General Store.
How it works

Your property manager gives you a PayNearMe payment code (PayCode) via email, text, printout, or resident portal account (if available).

Go to any participating store, show the cashier your PayCode, and pay your rent with cash (a $3.99 processing fee will apply).
03
Collect your receipt. Your property manager is notified of your payment within 20 minutes.
